Undercrown is a statement. It is the reward for hard work, dedication to craft, and teamwork. Originally created by our torcedores who had to cut back on their intake of Liga cigars, they banded together to create a cigar for their own daily consumption.

Since our humble beginnings in 1998, we've demonstrated to the world that no premium cigar company better understands its people—the regular, common folk who are the true living fabric of the production floor and factory setting. The production floor is where art and passion converge, creating the most authentic smoking experience.

Drew Estate Master Blender Willy Herrera has revisited the team and tasked them with crafting a unique medium-bodied line extension that is creamy, lush, and ultrasmooth—qualities that only a Shade wrapper could deliver. While others might sell you a simple wrapper swap, our torcedores insisted on going deeper.

From the ground up, they dug deep to create a majestic blend of select vintage Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos, finished with a flawless Shade wrapper that offers satisfaction in spades. And so, we proudly present Undercrown Shade, continuing the story from our factory floor.
