Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return: Items must be in original condition—unopened, unused, and undamaged. Cigars must be unlit and stored properly in their original packaging. Include original tags (if applicable) and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Note: Damaged, partially used, or improperly stored cigars are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return: Email us at cigarworldltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
